For editors

Do not use the stale KGlobal_Fleet_Catalog.xlsx (June-era, 144 tails) as a source. Per-type tables and sizing belong here. This manual is public, so leave out system identifiers and keys (e.g. VAMSYS IDs) that carry no reader value and shouldn't be exposed.
